TRAINING POLICY

Training and developing human resources is the top priority of Solutions with the policy of supporting each individual develop their careers, while building a professional staff.

All employees in Solutions system have the opportunity to attend professional training courses according to specific needs, suitable to the nature of work. Besides, Solutions also encourages employees to learn from each other during the working process, through internal training courses and self-training efforts of each employee.

There is a periodically plan (every 6 months) to assess the work goals and career development goals of each individual.
