SOLUTIONS Construction Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 with a team of experienced and dedicated engineers who are constantly pursuing innovation. Through continuous development, Solutions has built a solid reputation, becoming a trusted partner of many clients and investors both domestically and internationally.

We provide comprehensive construction solutions, including design & build general contracting, structural works – finishing – MEP systems, infrastructure, as well as specialized technical solutions customized to the requirements of each project.

Establishment of SOLUTIONS Construction & Equipment Co., Ltd

On July 4, 2016, SOLUTIONS was established, marking the beginning of its journey as a Design & Build Contractor.

2017

First Industrial Project First Solar Industrial

The First Solar Factory Project, a Level 2 cleanroom (FM2), was completed with a total floor area of up to 100,000 m².

2018

First Project as Main Contractor SCK Wood & Furniture Factory

The SCK Wood & Furniture Factory Project marked SOLUTIONS’ first project undertaken in the role of Main Contractor.

2019

First Design & Build Project Sheico Vietnam Factory Project

Successfully completed the Sheico Vietnam Factory Project under the Design & Build model, with a total floor area of 119,000 m².

2020

Management System Certification ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Standardizing operations under international ISO standards to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

2021

Proactive Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Demonstrated strong resilience during COVID-19 by adapting operations and maintaining on-time construction progress.

Breakthrough in Structural Construction with Integrated Architectural Design

White Palace Convention Center achieved a 27-meter column-free span through integrated architectural and structural design.
