Kudos to the Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure Factory Project Management Team for the successful completion and handover of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, certified with LEED GOLD and FM APPROVALS, to the investor – Trelleborg Group, one of the global leaders in engineered polymer solutions!

Strategically located in Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, the project spans over 60,000 m² of total floor area. It marks a significant milestone in Trelleborg’s long-term strategy to enhance manufacturing capabilities and expand its footprint across Southeast Asia.

As the design & build general contractor, the Solutions Construction team took full charge of every aspect of the project – from architectural design, structural engineering, construction, MEP systems to finishing – over a challenging yet remarkable 15-month timeline.

Completing the project on time, while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, stands as a testament to the team’s professionalism, unity, and exceptional competence.
