Job Description:

  • Resolve contract-related issues with consultants and the Client.
  • Calculate quantity changes during construction (when differences arise between tender and construction drawings or due to design modifications).
  • Prepare interim and final payment documents for the Client.
  • Check and control awarded and subcontracted quantities on site.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments in planning, negotiating, and signing subcontract agreements.
  • Prepare payment/settlement documents for subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as QS in main contractor roles (civil or industrial projects).

  • Preference for candidates with majors in Construction Economics or Civil/Industrial Engineering.

  • Prior field experience as a QS is preferred.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel.

  • Capable of teamwork and independent work.
