Job Description

  • Manage legal project documentation.

  • Plan and monitor material approval and delivery.

  • Develop and manage quality control plans.

  • Build and control inspection and acceptance procedures.

  • Prepare periodic quality reports for Site Manager and Project Director.

  • Ensure and monitor quality according to QA/QC direction.

  • Coordinate with other project teams and internal departments.

  • Perform tasks assigned by the Site Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.

  • English communication skills preferred.

  • Proficient in construction-related software.

  • Passionate about construction, leadership potential, willing to travel.
