On September 28, 2026, Solutions Construction proudly signed the contract for Logicross Nam Thuan – Phase 2 with Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam.

Developed by Mitsubishi Estate, Logicross brings international standards in logistics, operational efficiency, quality, and sustainability to Vietnam — the brand’s first international market.

Building on the success of Phase 1, Phase 2 will span approximately 16 hectares, with a total gross floor area of more than 95,000 sqm and a targeted completion period of 17 months.

As the Design & Build Contractor, Solutions Construction will deliver the project from design through construction and completion.
