Job Description

  • Develop HSE plans according to site management regulations.

  • Monitor and implement HSE documentation and legal compliance.

  • Coordinate with construction teams to analyze risks and propose preventive measures.

  • Plan and provide personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Conduct mandatory HSE training (first aid, fire safety, PPE use, electrical safety, emergency procedures).

  • Organize firefighting, equipment inspection, and electrical safety activities.

  • Supervise and manage labor teams performing HSE tasks; coordinate with construction supervision to adjust manpower as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Construction, Labor Safety, Environment, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of experience.

  • Knowledge of legal regulations related to construction safety.

  • Understanding of site safety requirements.

  • Familiarity with construction processes.
