Mr. Nguyen Van Truong currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Solutions.
Graduating in Civil Engineering and tempered by over 20 years of hands-on experience at large-scale projects — from high-rise buildings and industrial factories to commercial housing — Mr. Trường is not only the founder, but also the one who has shaped the very identity of SOLUTIONS: technical precision, practical execution, and steadfast partnership.
Under his leadership, the motto “Creating True Value” is more than a guiding principle — it is a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and a testament to sustainable growth.
With strategic vision, passionate dedication, and a spirit of continuous innovation, he stands as a pioneer, leading SOLUTIONS forward in building high-quality, green, and enduring projects.

Chief Operating Officer
Experience: 18 years
Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngoc is in charge of Chief Operating Officer at Solutions.
He graduated from Civil Engineering of Hochiminh city University of Technology, Master of Civil Engineering at Tohoku University in Japan, and a master of project management at AIT University in Thailand.
He was in charge of Project Manager at many major construction companies in Vietnam: Finished Result Ltd. Co, Descon, Hoa Binh.
