– Estimating, detail quantity, detailed schedule for work packages and whole project

– Checking and monitoring the volume of materials supplied to the site, checking the types of materials and equipment as assigned by site manager, according to contracts and technical specifications

– Collect the company profiles, quotations, checking the ability of subcontractors (for those work packages to be subcontracted), setting up the price plan for subcontracting

– Checking, tracking construction work quantity, variation cost of Subcontractors

– Calculation and submit Interim payment certificate, variation cost with the Owner

– Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

– Graduated from University of Engineering specialized in civil and industrial construction, Construction economy, ..

– At least 02 years of experience working in construction companies

– Proficient in Autocad software and other construction specialized software

– Working at the company office or site office (the company takes care of accommodation)
