GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF AUSSCO VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT

On the morning of April 25, 2025, SOLUTIONS Construction had the privilege of hosting the groundbreaking ceremony for the AUSSCO Vietnam Factory Project in Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province. The event was attended by the leadership teams of the involved parties and members of the Project Management Board.

We were honored to welcome the following guests:

• Mr. Hsueh Yung Chih – Chief Representative in Taiwan
• Mr. Doan Van Tung – Project Manager

AUSSCO Vietnam, a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, specializes in the manufacturing of leather goods and garments. The company has leased a ready-built factory (RBF) at Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park II-A (VSIP II-A), Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong, and is undertaking renovation and fit-out works to tailor the facility for its production needs.

As the entrusted General Contractor, SOLUTIONS Construction is responsible for the overall design, renovation, fit-out works, and coordination of required permits and approvals in compliance with local regulations.

With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely delivery, the SOLUTIONS Project Management Team looks forward to contributing to the success of this project and fostering a long-term partnership with AUSSCO VIETNAM.
