– Job description:
\n\u2022 Resolve contract-related issues with the Supervision Consultant and the Investor.
\n\u2022 Calculate the increase\/decrease in volume during the construction process (when there is a difference between the bidding drawing and the construction drawing or there is a change in design).
\n\u2022 Make payment and settlement documents with the Investor.
\n\u2022 Check and control the contracted and contracted volume on the construction site.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with relevant Departments\/Offices in planning, negotiating and signing the contract.
\n\u2022 Implement payment and settlement documents for subcontractors\/suppliers\/construction teams.<\/p>\n

– Job requirements:
\n\u2022 At least 1 year of experience in QS positions as general contractors (civil and industrial projects: Factories, industrial buildings…).
\n\u2022 Priority is given to engineers majoring in Construction Economics or Construction & Engineering,
\n\u2022 Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the position of QS on construction sites.
\n\u2022 Proficient in Aucocad, Excel.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work in groups and independently.<\/p>\n
